Back In The Saddle Again

Well, it seems as though I have forgotten about this venture until, well, now. I have a knitting class to teach this morning and have mixed feelings about it. I haven't ever taught anyone, on my own, and my student is so exited and ready to knit that I don't want to disappoint her. She has the yarn, needles and drive, and I just hope that I don't disappoint.

On a more personal note, I feel as though I am just about halfway done on my latest endeavor, the Go Fly A Kite shawl, in a cream color from Hobby Lobby. I really don't have a camera, so I don't think that I will be able to show the progress. I have stalled on the cabled hoodie that is just about halfway done. The cables were starting to hurt my hands, and it was getting monotonous. I also have a slightly secret motive to the tunnel vision on the shawl that will be reveled in time.

So I think that is it for me. Only one class today, and that is done, so the whole afternoon can be dedicated to teaching Cathrine. I am hoping to continue the writing, instead of letting this flop like before. So hopefully, like Aerosmith, I will be 'Back in the saddle again'.
